CANCELATION POLICY:

(The request will always be made in writing by the customer)

-Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 95% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: NO refund will be made.

If the client decides to leave the accommodation or pitch before the agreed departure date, no refund will be made.

If the client does not show up on the day of arrival and has not informed the campsite in writing, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

In case of a refund (according to the cancellation conditions), please send an email to info@campingmontagut.com with your booking details and an IBAN (bank account number) to process the transfer.

RULES of the campsite:

Check Out for plots: before 12h.
Check out for accommodations: before 11h.

Check in for plots: from 15h.
Check in for accommodation: from 16h.

Upon arrival at the campsite, customers must go through reception during reception opening hours:

From 9h to 13h and from 15h to 19h (Friday until 20h)

In case of late arrival, please inform reception in advance.

Arrivals after 11 p.m. will not be accepted, vehicles are not authorized to circulate within the campsite between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

CARS:
The speed limit within the campsite must be respected.
Cars must be parked on the plot (not at the entrance to the campsite or on the neighboring plot).
Any extra car must be declared at reception and pay the price stipulated for the vehicle.

VISITS:
-Visits are not always authorized, please inquire at reception.
-Visitors must go to reception, give their name, inform the person they are going to see and pay the entrance fee.
-Visitors will not be able to access the swimming pool.

DOGS:
We do not accept potentially dangerous dogs.
We only accept animals on the pitches, not in the accommodation or at the swimming pool.

-Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations,
- they must always be on a leash, even on the plot,
-we must not leave them alone,
-they must not bark or disturb other campers.
-For their needs, dogs must leave the campsite,
-On the plot, the dog owner will check that there are no dog droppings, otherwise he will pick them up and throw them in the container.

FIRE:
-We remind customers that it is forbidden to make fires on the pitches with charcoal or wood barbecues, only gas or electric barbecues are authorized.
-You cannot use the shared barbecue after 11 p.m.
-At Saint Joan, it is forbidden to throw firecrackers, fireworks or other things inside the campsite and in the surrounding area.

HOURS OF SILENCE

From 11 p.m., our customers are asked to pay attention to reducing the volume of acoustic devices and the intensity of light.

 

It's forbidden:
- to use the fountains to wash dishes, a place is reserved for this purpose next to the toilets.
It is also forbidden to wash your vehicle in the campsite.

The campsite will not be responsible for theft or damage to campers' property.

Please respect these standards.
In the event of non-compliance, offenders will be asked to leave the campsite immediately, with no possibility of requesting reimbursement at the end of the stay.
